4. Services We Provide

• Design and run promotional WhatsApp campaigns
• Use CRM features to manage client communication
• Send automated WhatsApp messages after client calls
• Schedule, track, and analyze campaign performance

5. Permissions and Usage

To offer these features, our app requests specific Android permissions as explained in our Privacy Policy.

• Phone state and call log access to trigger post-call campaigns
• Notification and foreground service permissions for campaign delivery
• Media access for uploading images/videos to send via WhatsApp
• Contacts access for CRM syncing and message personalization

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Pricing for credits and subscriptions is clearly stated in-app.
• All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways like Razorpay, Stripe, or Google Play Billing.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal period.
• No refunds will be issued once a transaction is completed unless required by law.

7. WhatsApp Integration

• Templates used for WhatsApp messages must follow WhatsApp Business Policy.
• We are not liable for your account being restricted or banned due to misuse or policy violations.
• All messages sent through the platform are your sole responsibility.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Sending spam, illegal, abusive, or misleading messages
• Scraping or reverse engineering any part of the app
• Violating third-party platform terms (e.g., WhatsApp, Play Store)

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, code, and designs within E-Promo are owned by Vijay Enterprises and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• No credits or subscription fees will be refunded after termination due to misuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of E-Promo or third-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website or in-app. Continued use of the service means you agree to the revised terms.
