The following permissions are required to deliver the core features of the E-Promo app:

• android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE – Detects call state to trigger messages after calls (e.g., welcome, feedback).
• android.permission.READ_CALL_LOG – Allows checking recent calls to identify if they were from your saved CRM contacts.
• android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE – Required for running background services such as monitoring calls and sending WhatsApp messages.
• android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED – Ensures campaign-related services auto-start when your phone reboots.
• android.permission.REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS – Allows background services to work reliably on battery-restricted devices.
• android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS – Sends alerts for template deliveries, analytics, and reminders.
• android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL – Enables background call-tracking functionality during campaigns.
• android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC – Used to keep client and message data synced in real-time.
• android.permission.INTERNET – Required to communicate with our backend APIs, WhatsApp services, and payment gateways.
• android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES – Lets you attach image creatives to your campaigns (Android 13+).
• android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO – Enables adding video promotions in your WhatsApp campaigns (Android 13+).
• android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – (For Android ≤12) Allows reading media files for campaign attachments.
• android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Saves images or videos edited or generated in-app (Android ≤10 only).
• android.permission.READ_CONTACTS – Enables importing contacts into your CRM and linking messages to client names.

Note: All permissions are used strictly for app functionality and not shared with third parties without your consent. You can manage or revoke these anytime in device settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage promotional campaigns
• To detect recent calls and send automated WhatsApp follow-ups
• To personalize messages using your contact list
• To save and attach promotional media
