Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or through Google Play
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle
Refund Policy
- All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds for unused time or unused credits
- Exception: Fraudulent or erroneous transactions reported within 7 days of purchase may be reviewed
- Refunds, where granted, are entirely at the company's discretion
Google Play Billing
For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, Google's refund policies apply. Please use the Google Play refund portal for such transactions as they are outside our direct control.
Technical Failures
If you experience a technical failure that prevented service delivery, please contact us within 3 days at support@epromo.in. We will offer a credit adjustment or technical resolution rather than a cash refund.
